These protein packed cookies are the fuel you need for an afternoon pick-me-up or a post workout recovery....or just sitting in your pajamas on a Sunday morning. You can find this recipe and more the Premier Protein website.

  • 2 scoops Premier Protein Chocolate or Vanilla Powder
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly coat your cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
  3. Mix together all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
  4. Roll 1-2 tbsp of dough into a ball and then flatten.
  5. Bake for 12-13 minutes, until cookies are golden brown.
  6. Let cookie cool for 10-15 minutes.
