Easy Weeknight Meals with Manwich

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Manwich for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

In a few short weeks, I'll have about 5 minutes of daylight before I pick my daughter up from school. Even though we'll be short on daylight, we're long on activities which leaves me little time to fix dinner. Instead of going through the drive through at Freddy's, I've been on the hunt for Easy Weeknight Meals.

Aside from leftovers, nothing gets easier than making sloppy joes with Manwich. I've tried other sloppy joe mixes, including a homemade one I made from my favorite Food Network chef, and so far I haven't found anything that tastes better than the original. Manwich comes in three flavors: original, thick and chunky and bold. If you want to kick things up a little bit, then go for the bold. If you have a finicky eater (like me) who doesn't like anything that even remotely looks tomato-ish, go with the original.

One of my family's favorite ways to eat them is the classic way: ground beef with a can of original Manwich poured on top. I like to make Sloppy Joe sliders and add a little bit of provolone cheese. For my five year old, the size of a slider bun is the perfect portion. The heat from the meat melts the cheese just enough to make it a little gooey.

My daughter loves them. For the kid who HATES tomatoes, she sure does like some tomato-based products. When I told her we were having sloppy joes and french fries she gave me a high five. If only she would do that when I told her it was time to clean her room…

Don't think you have to use your Manwich Sloppy Joe sauce the traditional way. There are tons of Manwich Recipes on their website. I'm looking forward to the Chuckwagon Beef and Bean Skillet and the Manwich Cheesy Chicken Dip.

What's your favorite way to use Manwich?
